Default Changing Father Listed on Birth Certificate
when i gave birth to my son, my divorced had not been finalized. under WV law, because we weren't divorced yet, my now ex-husband is listed as my son's father-- which he is not. is there any action i can take to put my now husband ( my son's real father) on the certificate??

Did you establish your husband's nonpaternity in the judgment of divorce? If not, will he go along with giving up his paternity? With amending the judgment, or cooperating in a paternity lawsuit?
