Multiple Charges, Multiple Forms

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Oregon

I understand procedure/rules/requirements for Oregon procedures and have paperwork in order for expungement for a conviction. At the time of arrest, many other charges were filed that were dismissed. To expunge those arrests, would I file a separate set of documents for each charge? Or combine the multiple arrest charges on one form that occurred on the same day / same incident?

You say "arrest" and "arrests". If it's in fact "arrests", you probably have to file more than one petition for expungement.
