My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Washington
I was recently given my final write up at work, the only thing is I haven't received a write up since 2001 and then I was in a different job and I had quit about 6 years ago for a few months and came back so I don't know if those write ups (2) are in my file. I have been an exceptional employees since then. I have gone to HR about some management issues on several occasions in the last couple years and now I do something I didn't feel was wrong and I got a final write up, and I emailed our HR office about being hurt on the job and I never received and email back, and now I was notified that I'm getting another final write up for something that everyone does and management knows about. I thought they were going to fire me, but I heard they were just just giving me another final. It's hard to list all the details but it seems to me like their trying to A. force me out, or B. fire me for unjust cause. Do I have a case?
