Default Order to Sniff Gas and Diesel
My question involves injury or loss that occurred in the state of:Texas

I am working for a security company contracted with the state, and have been given orders from my safety coordinator to sniff all gas cans and diesel can before loading. I just found out it against regulation cause of harmful effect I just had a liver trasp. And more capable of liver damage and cancer.(I'm haveing headache now) Wondering if I had a case? Thanks for replies in advance!

Have you reported a workplace safety violation?

As for "having a case", if you mean a worker's compensation case you must first have an injury. So talk to your doctor.
