Domestic Violence
Hello everybody,
The problem is for a friend of mine and really not because we're friends but
because he is really a good guy and didn't do it.
My friend had a drunker girl friend who's got a dui recently so what happened is :
two weeks ago both of them were having some wine at his appartment when she got drunk and started getting angry about old stuff from the past, then things got really ugly when she started crashing his furniture and dishes and screaming till the police came. they took her statment and took him to spend the night in the county jail, He wasn't even drunk, Then they let him go the next morrning after he promised that he will come back on the court date after one month and, she went to florida in that morrning cause her family are there and she was here only visiting him so, now, and after two weeks from that bad night He has received a letter through the sherrif today that he has a court date after 8 days in florida !! i mean how possibly this can happened and what can he do about it? is it possible that his girl friend has transferred the case to florida !? and can she do that ? and what can he do about it? Things will be really better if his court date is going to be here cause all his family members are here and all her family members are in florida and the problem happened here not there. Sorry if I take too long but I really would appreciate any suggestion or idea. Thanks in advance.
