Unhappy Paternity Testing and the Military
My question involves paternity law for the State of: GA & NC

My husband is in the Marine Corps and is currently stationed in North Carolina. I am still living in Georgia. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and am unsure of who the father might be. We don't live together yet and during the time of the thought conception was a week previous to my promiscuous actions. I need to know if a paternity test is required by the military regardless if we are already married or if this is just a myth.

It's a myth. But that doesn't mean you should lie to your husband.
