    Default Judge Make a Mistake in Calculating Child Support

    in december, 2007 a judge in California made a mistake in calculating a child support againt me by using an incorrect monthly salary amount. i did not know then and when i went to another court to modify this support, because i recently undergone a salary cut, the mistake was identified and i asked the court for continuation of this case for june 2009 and also asked the judge that i want to file a motion to set aside the arrearas and judge said ok. What do i need to do now?
