My question involves child support in the State of: Tennessee

When I requested a modification of child support because Maximus had income and amount of time I spend with my children wrong on the first order (I did not realize this in court), my support has changed from 712 per month to 361 a month. They tax offset 2322 of my income tax. Will I be intitled to a reduction for this overpayment or a refund?

Has the modification been finalized yet?

If it hasn't, you can request credit for the overpayments.
However, if the modification has already been finalized it may be too late.
