Chinese Divorce Lawyer in Pennsylvania

Can anyone recommend a lawyer fluent in Chinese in PA. preferably central to eastern part PA.

My friend wants to divorce her husband. He was here on a on a H1 B visa, she holds the H4 visa. He returned back to China to divorce her but did not to prevent her from remarrying. now he lost his job because he did not keep in contact with his employer, and can not reenter USA. However, she does not want to go back to CHina. She moved to a shelter in PA for women when he became abusive, and they made arrangements for her a place in Boston, Mass. with other Chinese citizens. I have been helping her as much as i can, he canceled her credit and debit cards, took all the money in the bank when he returned to China and he left her with nothing and 2 children to care for, one is US citizen.
Anyone have any advice on what she can do?

I suggest that she seek referrals within the Chinese immigrant community.

Thanks, I did find a previous post here, saying to search in Chinese language. I did that that and found many lawyers around the Philly area.
