Default Stress from Work
State-MN
If you're very unhappy at work, and it's causing you so much stress that it's making you sick. With ulcers sleepless nights etc...Can you make a claim with Worker's Comp?

Probably not. An inability to handle stress is likely to be regarded as a pre-existing psychological condition, not a work-related injury. Talk to your mental health professional (if you don't have one, or don't want to see one, there's not much point in trying to claim a mental health-related disability, work-related or otherwise.)
