License Suspension + Accident = ?

In a quandry. My liscence was suspended recently in my homestate of MA , and I drove myself to work as I there was no-one avalible to drive me.( Calling out of work was not an option.) On the way there I got re-ended. The gentelman wishes to go through insurance and needs my information. What are my legal options?

Please respond ASAP- time is of the essence.

Your license was suspended and you let your insurance lapse?

no the auto insurance is still valid. The reason the liscence was suspended was an unpaid ticket in CT.

It seems like you should get your license reinstated, and pass along his claim to your insurance company.

I'm in the process of doing that now. What I really want to know is what is going to happen to me once I give him my liscence and registration info? As far as MA law goes? He rear-ended me, and has all ready admidted fault. (Oh and as an fyi- the only reason information wasn't exchanged on the spot was due to the fact that the man was on his way to the hospital- why I don;t know .( Yes I know I most likely should have taken his info then.)

I'm very nervous over all this as I brought my car to the mechanic that night as did he to his. My car is fixable, his will be totalled out. ( And yes I know I'm not liable for his car.)

PLEASE ADVISE
