Child Support Removed

My question involves child support in the State of: Idaho

I current share 50/50 physical and sol custody of my two girls. I am ordered to pay $250, well we agreed to this. I would like to get this removed completely, i offered to pay for all there cloths, doctor pretty much everything. Do I have a chance of getting this removed or is this just the way it is? I know Idaho has a formula they use but i find it hard to pay any child support of i have my girls 50% of the time. My ex goes to school and works' (i think). It just sucks paying because we should both be responsible for our parts. If she chose to go to school to better her self, why i am i paying. Doesn't make sense to me.

On what grounds do you think you could cease supporting your children?

"Why should I have to pay?" is not going to fly with the judge. You'll need to come up with much more concrete reasons than that.

Thanks for the reply, I guess i just want to be able to do more things with my girls. Like go school shopping, school shopping, save some $$ to go to Disney land, vacations. I would support all there $$ needs, pay for cloths, school supplies. Don't get me wrong, i don't mind paying child support if i didn't have my girls 50% of the time. I still buy them cloths here and there if i have extra $$.The thing i have about my ex is that she had a nice paying job for the head start, nice pay and she was off during the summers. Then she quit her job and started to go back to school, knowing she had responsibility to our girls. I would love to go back to school, but i know i had a responsibility of my girls to support them.
