Default Is It Jail Time
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

Tomorrow morning my friend has a federal court appointment for burglary of less than 5,000. he is only 19 and made a terrible and ignorant decision. he is a good kid and has no criminal record but he just made a stupid decision. i know he is facing a felony but is he also facing jail time. to make things a little clearer. he never stole the money he just basically assisted somneone to steal it.

Default Re: Is It Jail Time
Most likely he will be going to jail for a short time period.

But we can not predict what his sentencing will be.
