Rescinding Guardianship

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Indiana
my wife gave guardianship of her son to her mother and step father 10 years ago her mom is deceased and her step dad had my wifes older sister appointed successor guardian in october 2008 and my wife was not notified and we want to totaly resend the guardianship and get him into our house he is liveing in a house where he does not have his own bed and his aunt can't afford to get her own place to live and lives with her step dad

She can petition the court that granted the guardianship to terminate it. I don't know enough to guess at her chances of success.
