Default Check fraud
Another issue with my ex-roommate. A few days ago, I got a letter from my bank stating that I wrote a 1000 check and it bounced. I called them, said wrote out to my roommate. Now, I never wrote or authorized her to write a check to her. I guess, she got the check when she broke into my room, when I was off for weekend getaway to Reno for my 21st birthday. When I got back you could totally tell somebody broke into my room with a flat head. I didn't report it in cause everything looked normal. I have a case on the february 21, and they said it will probably carry on passed that date. And its a big issue for me because, I will be relocating to Reno, starting the 25th, for work. I just want to get this settled that date but it probably won't. Is there anything I can do, I don't want to dismiss this. But I'm not sticking around long enough to attend future court dates.

Default Check Fraud
You need to be more clear. Have you been charged with a criminal offense? Has your friend? Are you being sued? What's happening.
