Question Can the Bank Repo a Car Without Notification
I went through a bad divorce and almost got my vehicle reposessed, the bank called me and I got the payments caught up and they stopped the repo. then 60 days later I was 30 days behind again and they reposessed my car without notifying me of anything.. I am a single mom in the state of texas and it is my only means of transportation. Is there anything that can be done. I contacted the bank and they said that Iwas 120 days past due. not 30 . I know it is my fault for not keeping up with the payments, but I was not notified of anything the second time..is it legal for them to take my vehicle?

Default Re: Can the Bank Repo a Car Without Notification
Legally, they can take your vehicle if you are ONE day late. No notification required.
