Can You Reinstate COBRA

Once you cancel your COBRA account can you be reinstated? I was on COBRA and changed to a self pay policy. Can I be reinstated with COBRA?

That's up to your employer. There is no law prohibiting them from doing so. There is also no law requiring them to do so. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them to do so; most will not and they cannot be compelled to. But it can't hurt to ask.
