Default Paternity Help in Florida
My question involves paternity law for the State of: florida

my wife has told me my daughter age 1 1/2 now is not mine and she had a test done w the real father, we are now seperated as of 4-5-09 and i still want my daughter regardless, she knows the real father and he is in the army for 5 years now, he hasnt been much in her life but maybe seeing her a few times. what are my rights and do i have a chance to get custody or split custody with my wife?
i can prove i am a better parent beyond reasonable dought also if needed.

get a consult with an attorney. You can get a low cost consult by calling the Florida Bar Lawyer Refferal Service at 1-800-342-8011.
