    Default Expungement in Texas

I am currently 18, turning 19 in October. I was convicted of "Destruction of public property" (The destruction was probably under $200), and was sentenced to 1 year of probation and was shortened to 6 months for good behavior. I also got 3 tickets, but they were misdemeanors. I am trying to get in the Air Force or Air Force Reserves and I'm wondering if I could get an expungement of my misdemeanors and felonies. If so what are the requirements?

You were convicted? Then to get an expunction you would first need a pardon, and that's not at all likely to happen.

Be honest with your recruiter and see what he/she can do for you. Alot of times there are ways for the military to give you a waiver in order for you to enlist.
