I Want Guardianship of My Daughter

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Georgia

I signed over all rights when my daughter was born and i wanna know how can i regain guardianship or custody or somehting so her aunt and
uncle cant legally take her back!!I want her to move in and she wants to move in with me to...but her legal giardians wont allow it(aunt an uncle)

What exactly do you mean by "I signed over all rights"? What has happened in court? What is the current status of any court proceedings? How many years have since gone by?
