Default Can I sue My parents?
For christmas my dad gave me 100.00 gift card to Walmart. My parents wont buy me a cell phone till i'm 15 so i went to Walmart and bought A go phone (Pay As You Go) With that gift card he gave me. The next day my mom found it. She took my phone and the rest of my gift card and said "a phone is not needed at the age of 13 you can buy better stuff" I said "this is what i want" she left and said nothing i threaten legal action but can I? :?:

When kids misbehave, they may lose privileges, or lose access to certain items of property as a punishment - it's pretty common. I doubt a judge would view this as anything but parental discipline following your intentional disregard of your parents' wishes.

But yes, with that in mind, you can sue them if you really want to....
