Default Can the Repo Guy Come at 1:00 in the Morning
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Ohio

Repo guy came on a Friday, said I wanted to speak with my lawyer regarding my bankruptcy options. I told him to come back on Monday, 3/30/09, and I would either hand him the keys or let him know what my attorney said. The guy never showed, had the vehicle waiting out front. Well at 1:00 in the morning he starts ringing the doorbell persistently. At first, being sound asleep, I didn't acknowledge but like I said he was persistent.

There has to be some rights for me! Don't they have to keep their contact to "normal" hours? I wrote down the guys info, driver's license #, and had him sign a statement acknowledging he picked up the vehicle after 1:00. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

In Ohio, a repo can occur at any hour.
