Smile Personal Injury Auto Victim's Record and Credibility

    hi all,

If a person(P) was seriously injured in crash, other person(D) at 100% fault, medical bills extensive( $300K) & unable to return to work.
Their(D) insurance is angry at injured party because of the damages being so high.

    question:
Injured party(P) few years Before crash had a non related 1 count misdmeamer which was expunged.
Can this be used against injured party to create prejudice of the jury and paint a picture ( injured party deserves to be injured)??

    thank you

I don't see how. Unless the charge was for falsifying an insurance claim.
