    Angry Verbal Abuse by Website Admin

    I am very upset. 3 days ago, i Emailed a website administrator, asking him to close my account and told him that his website sucks.
    Instead of removing account,he emailed me back and called me a Fu**ing moron. Can i file a lawsuit against this person?

    Sure, but what actual damages are you going to sue FOR? He's entitled to the opinion that you're a "Fu**ing moron".

    Agree, what are you going to sue for? What monetary or other damages did you suffer? Sorry but I don't see a case.
