Thumbs up Unknown Amount of Rent on 3 Day Notice

My question involves an eviction in the state of Florida.

How can I properly word a 3 day notice when I do not know the Dollar figure of rent owed, although I often know how many MONTHS are owed (to me). more rent may be owed to the previous landlord, but I am not concerned about collecting that.

Has anyone prevailed in an eviction filed subseqent to a 3 day notice that said " 3 months rent" in the how much owed blank?

If it's "three months rent", then you take the monthly rent amount and multiply by three to reach a dollar figure.

Seriously, if you're no good at keeping basic accountings of rent payments, you should be using a bookkeepr.
