Default Charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Canada, Ontario

I wasnt sure if some of the people knows the law in canada but i hope its almost the same.

I got charged with assault cause bodily harm, some guy treat me to beat me up at my school, he brought 2 of his friends to come get me and they couldnt find me. I knew where he worked because he use to go to my school, i met him with 5 of my friends and we beat him up. He went to the hospital, no need of surgery. He also said that we were carying pipes, which is not true. he has no video or whatsoever. My question is:

-What is going to happen if I plead guilty?
-What is going to happen if I dont plead guilty?

and also, can a police officer give you a curfew? Because in Canada you are innocent until found guilty

Thanks!

If you plead guilty, you will be convicted and sentenced.

If you plead not guilty, a trial will be scheduled. As you appear to be stating that you're guilty, you will most likely be convicted and sentenced. Of course, you would have the opportunity to try to plea bargain before trial. (At least in this country, you should always try to plea bargain before pleading guilty.)

I have no idea what it means for a police officer to "give you a curfew". Talk to a lawyer in Canada - you need one, anyway.
