Can Grandparents Win Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ar '
if mother gives child to father can the grandparents win custody if they take father to court. mother lived with grandparents off and on.
grandparents didn't want father to even see child. so mother did what they said for 4 years finally gave child to father do to drug us and abuse in home.
now find out that grandmas boy friend did some sick stuff to child .
and still want to take child away from dad is this possibble?
also if mom wants to give away her parental rights can she do that?

Are you asking if the grandparents can bring a custody action, or are you telling us that they already have? Either way, it may be possible for them to get custody directly or through guardianship proceedings, depending on the full facts. If this is on its way to court, dad should be getting help from a lawyer.

There's no magic form that lets mom give away her parental rights, if that's what you're asking.

they haven't took him to court yet. just wanting to know if they could get custody if there is abuse in home, they drink all the time, and they do drugs.
father has people that will go to court if they need to. to be a witness for him. the mother of the child does not want her to go back to the home thats why she gave her to dad.
so there is no legal way she can sign over her parental rights to child?
also there is possible sexual abuse with grandfather and child. if this is proven then can they still take her away?
