Default Assault & Battery
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Chicago,Illinois

Hello I was wondering what could happen to my uncle that lives in the same house as me my brother, grandma and grandpa . he has a DUI does drugs and brings drugs in the house and eats everyone food and does nothing to help my grandparents out in the house . Sorry for going out of topic but the first time he was drunk but still know his actions it was only me and him in the house he came up to me calming that i told my grandparents that he used my mother van to go places which he had no licenses and he confronted me slapping me around treating to drag me outside the house to beat me up and i called the police and they came he my uncle threating me again before we went outside to the police and he told them nothing happen just fooling around and they said next we come he going to jail . this is not the first time he said to go outside to beat me up in front of my grandparents also . The 3rd time which was like 30 mins ago he came into my room blaming me of taking something of his like money and slap me punch me in the face and throw my headphones and mouse of my computer to the group and said if he does not have it back before he comes back to the house he going to call my mother and let her hear him beat my ass

what should i do?

911. If you want something done about a crime, you'll need to involve police.
