    Default Can She Move Our Daughter

    Reside in Georgia. I have a 2 year old girl whom I've shared parenting responsibilities with my wife since our daughter was born. I have been unemployed for two years (I work in a very specialized field and long periods of unemployment are common) but have plenty of money in the bank to support her. What are the odds a court allows my wife to take our daughter back home to live with her folks in Michigan?

    The courts will act in the best interests of the child.
