Exclamation Paternity in Kentucky
My question involves paternity law for the State of: KY

my question is simple- when I have my son I do not plan on putting anyone on the birth certificate. the father wants nothing to do with his son and say he plans to pursue a test to disestablish paternity. However, I know this will establishment paternity. Can he get a test ordered to prove he isn't the father if I am not claiming he is? I do not want him to be involved and he doesn't want to be, but if he has this test it will only prove he is the father.

He does have the legal right to petition for a DNA test.
And yes, the court will order it. If he does file, you should agree to the test, and file for CS and custody.
