Unmarried debtors in Florida who do not support minor children or a spouse are not exempt from wage garnishment.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Thank you Betty for finding out the information for me. I was not sure. The bad part is I am the only one who takes care of my rent, food, gas and the whole nine yards. I am sure they won't work with me further on this matter, but what can you do, but try and keep a roof over your head and food in your mouth.
