Default Repo Process
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Georgia

I just moved from Colorado to Georgia and I'm currently living with my daughter until my house is finished being built. Now when I arrived home this morning there was a note on the door with my daughters name on it saying that someone from Capital One Auto Finance has come to speak with her in person since they couldn't get a hold of her. I wasn't home when they came by the house so I don't know if they had a repo truck with them or if they were alone

She's in Florida for a wedding and she drove the car and I left a msg on her answering machine to call me. The note said they stopped by to talk to her about the account and that they would like to assist in bringing the account back up to date and they would like to speak with her.

So does this mean that her car is currently in the process of being repoed? Thanks for the info.

Probably. It would make sense for her to contact her lender.

Agreed, they where there to take the car back, not to talk about the loan
