Child Support Order Terminated

My question involves child support in the State of: New York.
My husband paid child support for his 2 children for the past 10 years. Child support continues to age 21 in NY unless earlier emancipated. The oldest turned 21 in October. The youngest will be 19 next month, however he got his GED when he was 16 and moved out of his mothers house last year. We were granted an order terminating the support order due to both children being emancipated under the terms of the divorce agreement.

My question is: If the 19 yr old quit his job and moved home until he gets another job, could the mother have the order terminating child support reversed and reinstate child support since he quit his job?
