Default Texas Vehicle Repo and Trespassing Laws
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Texas

My vehicle was repossessed recently. Now, I am unsure whether it was illegaly obtained by possible trespassing on my property. I had the car parked in the garage (the garage door was closed) and the tow truck driver was parked in my driveway blocking the garage so, I couldn't leave. He had his engine running, this is how I knew he was outside. I was leaving for work before 7 am so, I don't know how long he had been there. I know they cannot go into your locked property and they have to be able to get it where it is publically accessible.

Does this constitute trespassing since he was blocking my closed garage door, parked in my driveway without the car even being visible? Wouldn't he have to have waited until I left to be able to legally get it?

I released it to him without any arguements though. There wasn't anyway to not release it without confrontation because he was parked in my driveway.

The tow truck driver was parked in your driveway, and then what happened? You opened the garage, and he said "I'm repossessing that car"?

If the tow truck driver is parked in your driveway and you want him to leave, you can ask him to leave.
