Default 7 Misdemeanors
My question involves criminal law for the state of: ok back in 2006 I got jumped while I was sitting in my car at a stop sign, two guys came up to my car and started hitting me so i tried to clime out the driver window to defend myself but they wouldnt let me so I hit the gas and went around the block and came back to them and got out and asked them what the hell their problem was and one of them said your a "Bitch" and came running at me with a club and what he said was "tried to take my head off" but i ducked and he hit my car. so i hopped into my car and hit the gas, but one of the guys stood infront of my car to try and stop me but i swerved and missed him and i went strait to the cops. but the cops told me it was my fault and i shouldnt have went back to talk to them because the cops said i was trying to get revenge. so i got charged with assult and battery when i never even hit the guys. but the guy that i swerved to miss said that i tried to run him over. And a couple of weeks ago i got fired for not telling my employer that i have 7 misdemenors which i didnt even know i had because their were only two guys at the crime sene. so i went to the court house to get it set asside but they said i need an lawyer, but like i said i got fired and cant afford one. what should i do and should i go back to court??

How do you not know that you have 7 misdemeanors? Why were the 2 guys after you? Don't tell me they just randomly picked on you.

Where do the "seven misdemeanors" come from? Are you stating that you went back to the scene to confront these people, almost ran them over with your car, got charged with seven counts of assault and battery, went to court and entered a guilty plea to all seven counts (stating under oath that you were guilty and how your actions constituted the charged crimes), were sentenced.... and somehow failed to notice anywhere along the line that you were being criminally prosecuted?
