Default May I Leave Home Now

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: My 18th birthday is in 5 months. I finished high school a semester early and now I'm in a community college. Will I be consider a runaway if I leave now?

Graduating from high school does not emancipate you. Going to college does not emancipate you. Turning 18 emancipates you. You may leave home when you turn 18 or your parents give you permission, whichever comes first.
