Default Battery Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: IL
I was arrested last night for battery because i pushed a cop. It was in elmhurst IL. They gave me a local ordinance battery charge and some other charges. I was wondering if that is the same a battery charge or if a local ordinance is not as bad.
