Default How Much Serving Time for a Juvenile
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Maine. My ex fiance got sent to jail for criminal threatening, domestic violence, tampering with a victim,etc. She has a prior wrap sheet of thefts, assaults, probation violations, prostitution, etc. She turns 18 April 27th of this year. About how much time is she looking at serving in Maine?

Under what statutes was she charged?

Is she being charged as an adult?
