Default Motion to Dismiss Prior to Sentencing, After the Trial is Over

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Missouri

I wanted to know is it possible to make a motion to dismiss prior to
sentencing, after the trial is over. On the grounds that prosecutors violated the defendant's right to a speedy trial. If so, do you know of any case laws on it? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

If you didn't raise the speedy trial issue before trial, you should expect the court to find that you waived it. Talk to your lawyer.
