Thumbs up Workers Comp Claim Terminated, Pain Attributed to Arthritis
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: utah

My workmans comp claim was terminated due to IME report.IME says the severe pain i now feel from the injured areas are from artrietes.so i should
go back to work.I have a different accessment from an ortho specialist.one wk earlier.What do i do seen that i know that i cannot peform my job and i have no attorney?

If you want an attorney, they're pretty easy to find - and worker's comp lawyers work for a percentage of the money they recover, so it costs you nothing up front.

Have you asked your treating physician to respond to the IME report, and to try to explain the difference in his opinion to the insurance adjuster? (Assuming he's willing?)

I suspect it's time for you to retain counsel.
