Default Workplace Injury In New Hampshire
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: NH

My question is this, if you are injured on the job, you inform your supervisor and a statement such as, they are familiar with this type of accident because it has happend many times. Then you find out after the branch of the company closes its doors that several other employees have had the same injury to them, and it happened the same way, my question is what can be done about this?

Obviously the management knew there was issues with this equipment but did not replace it. I'm sure workman's comp knew as well, as they had several claims for the same thing. But can anything be done about it now. The company itself is a big company still in tack, just our branch is gone. There are many of us still dealing with workman's comp unable to work at this time. It just appears that this would be some kind of action suit because the company knew and did nothing about it. Although most of us have our own attorneys handling our cases because this workman's comp co is very difficult to deal with.

Any advice on what option there are in a case like this, because it doesn't seem right that we are fighting tooth and nail for treatment, benefits and so on, all the while more people getting injured and nothing was done about it.

Consider reporting them to the Department of Labor.
