Default Credit Card Judgement/Frozen Bank Account

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of:MA. I have two judgments against me in the state of NY. They both are almost 7 years old. I have had different bank account frozen due to the judgment. I moved to MA 2 years ago and am getting my life back on track and need to figure out a way to start to pay these back. My questions are:
If I open a bank account or open a joint account with my wife can these bank accounts be frozen?
These accounts would be connected to a savings account in my wife's name if the saving account is only in her name can that account be frozen?
If I open an account in my mane and use it to start to pay off the judgment will that account be frozen?
Do Judgments have a length of time that they are good for or does the judgment stand until the debt is paid off?

If I open a bank account or open a joint account with my wife can these bank accounts be frozen?
Yes. Provided the creditor finds the account. They usually do.

These accounts would be connected to a savings account in my wife's name if the saving account is only in her name can that account be frozen?
If she is not the debtor, no.

If I open an account in my mane and use it to start to pay off the judgment will that account be frozen?
Unknown. It could be, but we couldn't tell you if it will be. The creditor needs to find the account. Pay by money order to stave that off?

Do Judgments have a length of time that they are good for or does the judgment stand until the debt is paid off?
Judgments stand for 10 years, at which time they can be renewed. If the amount owed is sufficient, I would expect the creditor is going to be unlikely to forget to renew the debt.
