    Default 2nd PTR

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alaska
My boyfriend was arrested on violating his probation after he missed his meeting with his probation officer and failed to pass a ua. This is his second violation. I can't really talk to him much about it to find out what's going on because I don't have a land line. What are the chances of them revoking his probation and if they don't how long is he looking at? I just want to know how much of a wait I'm in for.

The most time he's looking at is whatever time he hasn't yet served in prison on the original charge(s). We, of course, have no idea what that charge is, let alone how much time he's already served.
