I'm 16 and I Want to Leave Home

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Hi im 16 ill be 17 march 27th, i have a 2yr old daughter who i have custody over. I want to leave home because me and my mother are constantly getting into it with each other. Its just hard to be a mother and live with your mother. Recently she told me to get out so i left, but she had my child with her. she called the police on me for running away. I called my grandmother and got her to come get me from a friends and the next day we went down to the police station. They dropped the runnaway case on me, and said i could stay with my grandmother, but my mother wouldnt give up my child. So me doing the right thing for my child came back home, but everything is still the same nothing has changed. I get a check every month off of my deceased father but my mother uses it for bills here. So if i was to get emancipated i would have a way to support me and my child. I live in alabama, and laws down here are crazy. Me and my boyfriend of 2yrs where going to get married so I could move out but I have to have parent consent for that and she isnt going for that. Please help me what can i do?

You can wait till you're 18.

Sorry, but the chances of a teenager with a two year old, or a child at all, being emancipated are non-existant in any state, not just Alabama, and without being emancipated you live where your mother says you live until you're 18.
