What are the consequences if I worked during the grace period (about 10 days) after my DS-2019 has expired. Will I have a problem when I apply again for visas to US. This happened in 2003 and now (2009) me (my employer) will apply for US visas (H1B). Can US embassy reject my application orin general will they find out that I worked during the grace period (through SSN for example)?
