Default What Happens at My Hearing
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: ny

what does it mean when the comp board sends me a notice of hearing and it say purpose of hearing claiment to testify?

This is a hearing on your disputed comp claim? Then, presumably, both sides will have the opportunity to present testimony (usually yours and possibly a stack of depositions and reports) to the board, so that the board can decide whether or not your claim is valid.

this is my 5th hearing i have been on comp for a year now what should i have ready with me when i have to testify?
