He needs an attorney because he is contesting paternity. He could go by himself, I wouldn't try it alone. Waiving rights to test means he chose not to have a DNA test done at signing of AOP. Those words mean nothing. Now after 2 years, it would be different. Another test will be taken. Just hang in there. To me, the AOP's and Paternity Affidavitts are worthless unless both parties are willing to take responsibility and in a loving caring relationship. You can sign something one day and change your mind the next??? Just my 2 cents. Good luck
