Default When Can I Legally Move Out
um im 17 im going to be 18 in 9 months iv been home schooled from 3ed grade.
and recently my parents have started makeing me pay rent ($500 a month) because thay want to teach me a leson on responcibilety as you might see im not the best when it comes to spelling im dislexic so this is vary hard for me but im just wanting to know at what age can i legaly move out? my parents are driving me banana's im working two jobs and there making it vary dificult, my mom wont let me get a car and is not going to let me graduate because she thinks im a horibul person and it makes me feel really bad all of the time. i dont think i can take mutch more.
pleas help me!

If you do not go through the emancipation process, you can legally move out when you are 18. You can also legally move out with your parents' permission.
