Question Workers Comp Deposition
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: California

I had a deposition taken in regards to my workman comp case, back in 2007 and now the same insurance wants to take another deposition this year. Can the insurance schedule two depositions? Obviously they are fishing, but how many depositions can be scheduled? I am getting really tired of this insurance company trying to discredit me, every which way they can, through their meaningless scrutiny.

They're trying to get updated information, perhaps in advance of a court hearing.

Do you have a lawyer?
