Can Sponsorship for a Visa Be Withdrawn

Is it possible to withdraw sponsorship for a visa that has not yet been approved? Thansks.

It's worth trying. Notify the USCIS in writing that you no longer wish to sponsor the individual. Be sure to properly reference all names, visa types, application numbers, etc., and try to send your correspondence to an appropriate person at the office handling the application. Keep a copy for your records.
